How do I return an item? Returns Purchases can be returned for a full refund, less shipping, within 21 days from delivery date as long as product is in its original condition and returned to us with the original packing, inserts, tags etc. also in their original condition.
How do I return an item? Email us at info@designplushome.com with the details of the item(s) you want to return and the reason for the return and we will happily process your return. You should receive an email with instructions within 7 days from the receipt of your request. If you received a gift from design + home website, your gift will be refunded for a store credit.
Exchanges Exchanges are not accepted, but a product can be "exchanged" by returning it to us for a refund and then re-ordering the product online. What if the product arrives damaged? If by any chance damage does occur, please contact us immediately via email at info@designplushome.com within five working days of shipment receipt to arrange for a replacement. Please keep the original item and all packing material. Refunds Please allow one billing cycle for a credit card refund to appear on your statement. Refunds on shipping and handling are credited only when an item is incorrectly shipped or arrives defective or damaged. Gift returns will be credited with a gift certificate. |
