Shipping For standard, in-stock orders, our warehouse team strives to ship your purchase within 48 hours. Some items ship directly from the artisan and may take slightly longer. Unless an expedited service is requested, your order should arrive in approximately five to seven business days. (Our fulfillment hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm PST.) Credit cards will be billed at the time of shipment. For standard delivery, refer to the shipping and handling chart below. Costs are calculated according to the total cost of the merchandise in your order. At this time we cannot ship to foreign countries or U.S. territories. 3-Day (add $14.95) and Next Day ($22.95 additional) shipping are available on most items. Items shipped via 3-Day or Next Day delivery that have been ordered by 12:00pm noon Pacific (Monday-Friday) will ship the same day. Orders placed after 12:00pm noon Pacific Friday and on Saturday-Sunday will ship on Monday. Charges are per address. Express shipping is not availabe for oversized items.
